Children can learn about the importance of ministry in the local church from a young age. One way they can do that is by growing in their musical abilities. That's why we are thrilled to introduce Patch and Peewee Clubs this Fall. This special ministry will provide your children with weekly Bible lessons, fun activities, and training in music. We look forward to preparing the children of our church to minister in song during our services.

"Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity." 1 Timothy 4:12

We are excited to kickoff our ProTeens ministry for teens in 7th-12th grade. This Sunday morning Bible study will focus on many topics relevant to Christian young people. Weekly lessons will emphasize the importance of a close walk with God, a healthy relationship with parents, and involvement in the local church. Bible study groups of middle school and high school facilitate important questions and healthy conversation. Teachers will provide Bible study materials so teens can follow along during the lesson and discussion time every Sunday. In addition, we offer devotional journals and personal Bible study booklets (Milk, Meat, Bread, Fish) for teens to use throughout the week. Any teens who need these materials should contact Pastor Christian Acosta.

We look forward to seeing how our youth are being developed in our church to serve Jesus and be an integral part of his body. Couples Retreat
All Day

HPS_10_18_19_Couples_Retreat.png"For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh." Ephesians 5:31

Marriage is a beautiful, but complex, part of our lives. Too often we try to "figure it out" without consulting the Designer. Whether we follow the culture or our own ideas about marriage, human effort will always fail. But the Lord has a plan for how married couples can work together to accomplish his calling on their lives. Join us as we look into the Scriptures to learn the plan God has for a flourishing marriage.

Join us for a special weekend of strengthening our marriages with time-tested biblical principles. You will enjoy some much-needed recreation, Bible teaching, fellowship with other couples, and time alone with your spouse. Sessions will focus on the importance of couples nurturing a close marital relationship and a dynamic walk with God.

If you would like a printable copy of the retreat brochure and registration information, you can pick one up at church, or click the PDF here. Couples-Retreat-2024 Brochure-Insert-2024
