Children can learn about the importance of ministry in the local church from a young age. One way they can do that is by growing in their musical abilities. That's why we are thrilled to introduce Patch and Peewee Clubs this Fall. This special ministry will provide your children with weekly Bible lessons, fun activities, and training in music. We look forward to preparing the children of our church to minister in song during our services.

ProTeens Bible Study

We are excited to kickoff our ProTeens ministry for teens in 7th-12th grade. This Sunday morning Bible study will focus on many topics relevant to Christian young people. Weekly lessons will emphasize the importance of a close walk with God, a healthy relationship with parents, and involvement in the local church. Bible study groups of middle school and high school facilitate important questions and healthy conversation. Teachers will provide Bible study materials so teens can follow along during the lesson and discussion time every Sunday. In addition, we offer devotional journals and personal Bible study booklets (Milk, Meat, Bread, Fish) for teens to use throughout the week. Any teens who need these materials should contact Pastor Christian Acosta.

We are excited to host Evangelist Paul Schwanke for a week of revival meetings. Brother Schwanke is passionate about preaching biblical truth that motivates believers to greater faith and obedience to Christ. Join us Sunday morning and Monday to Wednesday in the evenings as we hear helpful and practical teaching from a seasoned evangelist. On Sunday morning, Brother Schwanke will speak for both Sunday School and the worship service. 

Below is a basic schedule for the meetings. Please note the main service times as well as the times for dinner each night. All meals during the week will be free to all in attendance. The Wednesday service at 7:30 pm will replace our weekly 7:00 pm prayer service, both in-person and on Zoom.

All ladies are invited to attend a special fellowship time and Bible study this Saturday. We meet together monthly at the church while focusing on important Bible topics relevant to women. Join us this Saturday as the men of our church come together for a spiritually enriching time of Bible study and fellowship. We meet monthly at the church building to study a variety of topics helpful to men. We know you will be blessed as we gather to encourage each other and discover biblical principles for men to accomplish God's purpose for their lives. Our church has revamped our midweek prayer service. Rather than meeting in person at the church building, we are encouraging our church members to join an online Zoom prayer meeting. During these meetings, we will receive weekly prayer requests, sing hymns of worship, and bring our petitions to the Lord. If you are interested in participating, please contact Pastor Swanson or Pastor Acosta so they can send an invite to you.

Join us for our weekly prayer service as we intercede for various needs in our church family and around the world. We offer an in-person prayer service at church, as well as an online prayer service option through Zoom. For more information on the Zoom prayer meeting, see Pastor Christian Acosta.

Teen Ice Skating
1 pm - 4 pm

HPS_11_30_Teen_Ice_Skating.pngWe're looking forward to a special activity with our teens at the World Ice Arena (Aquatic Center) for an afternoon of ice skating fun. Join us whether you're a seasoned skater or if it's your first time. After skating, we will head over to church for hot chocolate and snacks. 

The price per skater depends on the number of teens who come. If we have a group of 15 or more, the cost is $12/skater (includes cost of rental skates). Any less than 15, and the cost goes up to $18/skater. Any teens who need a ride to the arena and/or to church should contact Pastor Christian. We hope many of our young people can join us for this special fellowship time.

This performance will be hosted by The Bible Church of Port Washington. Don't miss this special opportunity to celebrate the season and reflect on how we must respond to the first advent of Christ.
