Special Event | Family Camp at Tri-State
Theme: your work matters
Whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men (Colossians 3:23).
The world has influenced many Christians to think wrongly about their work. Some think of their jobs as a necessary evil. Others idolize their work, even to the neglect of family and ministry. Scripture cuts through these wrong ideas and gives us a life-changing perspective. Join us at this year’s Family Camp as we discover how to view our careers as opportunities to serve the King of Kings. The theme will be "Your Works Matters: How the Gospel Gives Purpose and Meaning to Your Career." Enjoy helpful, biblical teaching sessions as well as enriching group discussions about the challenges and opportunities related to your career.

guest speakers: paul and laura fulks
Paul had the privilege of growing up in Peru and seeing the joy of serving in missions from an early age. At age four, Paul recognized his sin before a holy God and need for a personal Savior. Paul’s mom shared with him the Gospel, and he placed his trust in Christ alone. Paul took four missions trips during his high school years, one of which went to Salt Lake City, UT. While there, the Lord impressed upon him the need for more Gospel-centered churches in the Salt Lake Valley. Paul attended Northland International University and majored in Pastoral Studies.
Laura grew up in New York City as a pastor’s daughter. Laura realized her need for salvation at the age of four. She trusted in Christ as the One who had taken sins penalty upon Himself on her behalf. Laura is so thankful for God’s grace in her life, and she recognizes the joy of sharing that Gospel with others. Laura studied both Bible and History Education at Northland International University in Dunbar, Wisconsin. Paul and Laura met while studying at college and were married on May 16, 2009. Reagan Marie, was born on February 14, 2012, Logan Timothy, was born on December 11, 2013, and Brooklyn Leah, was born on March 31, 2016.
